Each tier represents increasing levels of responsibility, leadership, and strategic oversight across the organisation.

*While the HQ Consulting Team oversees branch operations by guiding project setup, providing support during delivery and managing post-project documentation, they do not conduct any first-hand consulting work.

**The IT Operations team focuses on business analysis, process improvement, and coordination rather than technical or coding work.
