Like any not for profit we face our own unique challenges on an organisational level, as such we assign one consulting team for internal review each semester. This team helps GCG advance and progress to ensure we are in the best position to continue to help all of our clients to the best of our ability.
This semester the team was to help stablise our model in the wake of increasingly complex and dynamic demands.
Internal operations were investigated and opportunities were found to add stability and uniformity to operations.
With the recent expansion we identified the need to provide more clarity and direction to our consulting teams. As such new role descriptions were created to better encapsulate and describe the expectations and requirements for a range of consulting members. In addition an information training manual was created for managers to ensure the highest of standards are maintained for each team, as well as ensuring consistency between teams.
