Shiraj De Silva

Shiraj has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bucknell University, Pennsylvania, USA, and graduated with cum laude honours. Shiraj was awarded numerous scholarships and graduated with a Master’s degree in Applied Commerce (Accounting) from the University of Melbourne with First Class Honours. He was also chosen as the Valedictorian of his graduating class.


Shiraj has completed numerous internships with firms including Ernst & Young Melbourne, KPMG Risk Advisory, Citigroup Corporate Banking and an IT services firm. He now works as a Management Consultant at Accenture in Melbourne.

Fabian Burmeister

Fabian has a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from The University of Hildesheim, Germany, including half a year of studies at Copenhagen Business School, Denmark. In addition, he holds a Masters in Business and IT with First Class Honors from The University of Melbourne where he also served as President of the Graduate School of Management’s Student Association. He was awarded several scholarships and received the Melbourne GSM Executive Director’s Award.


Fabian worked as freelancing Web Developer and completed internships with firms including Bosch, Hildesheim, and KPMG Business Performance Services, Singapore. In addition, he worked as Market Analyst with Deutsche Telekom, Frankfurt. Fabian now works in Risk Appetite and Strategy at National Australia Bank.

Ken Oh

Ken has a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in the Finance sector from The University of Melbourne. He has won numerous plaudits from his lecturers throughout his degree and is looking to take his education one step further with a post-graduate law study in the JD program at The University of Melbourne.


Ken has a mass of experience to call upon in fulfilling his duties as Project Manager; he has served as representatives for various committees and fulfilled the role of Student Mentor and Vice President for St. Mary’s College. He also works part time as a tutor to the residential colleges, as well as a Junior Consultant at Pacific Personnel Australia, a Human Resources Agency in Brunswick.

Stephanie Kwong

Stephanie is currently reading for a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Melbourne. She was awarded the Ormond College Centenary Scholarship upon commencing studies at the University and expects to complete her undergraduate studies in 2011.


Stephanie has previously completed internships at Rating Agency Malaysia, RHB Investment Bank as well as held the position of Junior Analyst at Pacific Alliance Capital, a boutique investment advisory firm in Malaysia. Within her role as Junior Analyst, she was involved in several fundraising programmes and writing of business plans. She is also Treasurer of the Ormond College Middle Common Room.
